Refreshing colors of grass green, dewy blue and floral red come together in this cheerful Mommy and Me set. This project is a great idea for jewelry-making with a child or teen. You'll both love the beautiful colors on display in these bracelets
Cut a length of jewelry wire approximately 10 inches long. Slide a sterling silver 2x2 crimp tube onto the wire, followed by a sterling silver 4.60mm open jump ring. Bring the wire back through the crimp tube, so that it forms a loop around the jump ring. Crimp in place. String approximately 36 fire-polished 4mm fuchsia beads onto the wire. Slide on a crimp tube and then crimp the end of the wire to a 4.60mm jump ring. Trim any excess wire.
Cut a length of jewelry wire approximately 11 inches long. Slide a crimp tube onto the wire, followed by a 4.60mm jump ring. Bring the wire back through the crimp tube and crimp in place. String approximately seven inches of seed beads from the Artbeads Blue Lagoon Designer Blend. Slide on a crimp tube and then crimp the end of the wire to a 4.60mm jump ring. Trim any excess wire. Make another beaded strand in the same fashion, making sure to attach the ends to the same jump rings as the last strand. Repeat this step two times, for a total of six strands, or three sets of two strands on the same jump ring.
Nice choice! All or most of the products needed for this project are shown below with quantities. Sometimes we sell out of components and aren’t able to order more from the manufacturer (we know, it is very disappointing to us, too). Use the opportunity to mix up the design and make it yours by substituting similar products or altering the entire color scheme—it’s up to you!
