Slide a 8mm bicone in Capri Blue onto a 3-inch 22 gauge sterling silver head pin, followed by a TierraCast antique silver Jasmine Bead cap nested over the bicone and another bead cap facing the other way. Slide on another bicone and a bead cap. Make a wrapped loop at the top of the beads.
