TierraCast's Western Wind collection will inspire you to create jewelry with a Southwest flair. This necklace has that flair thanks to beautifully layered feather pendants, bold Western beads, and earthy gemstones. You can see more jewelry made with the Western Winds collection in this Artbeads Cafe episode.
Attach the TierraCast antique silver-plated pewter 3-inch feather and the TierraCast brass oxide pewter 2-inch feather pendant to the TierraCast rhodium-plated pewter hammered bail spacer using a TierraCast silver-plated brass medium oval open jump ring.
Repeat this pattern on the other side of the feather pendants. Then, add small ivory beads to each end of the necklace until it is the desired length. The beads used in TierraCast's example are not available, but we have added similar beads (shell heishi beads) to the supplies list.
Nice choice! All or most of the products needed for this project are shown below with quantities. Sometimes we sell out of components and aren’t able to order more from the manufacturer (we know, it is very disappointing to us, too). Use the opportunity to mix up the design and make it yours by substituting similar products or altering the entire color scheme—it’s up to you!
