Mixing simple chain with Beadlinx chain creates a fun, dangling look in these earrings. Top it all off with a TierraCast dart for that extra playful touch.
Earrings like these are fun to make and take only minutes As renowned jewelry artist Candie Cooper shows in this Artbeads Cafe episode, you can start with one pair and keep making more. They make excellent gifts for the holidays, too. This pair features beautiful Beadlinx chain dangled with plain antique brass chain and a TierraCast dart charm for extra texture. Use chain scraps and charms you already have on hand for a quick project or find supplies to create a meaningful style for someone special.
Cut a length of Bealinx lumi brown glass rondelle beaded antiqued gold-plated chain approximately 1 1/4 inches long. Attach a TierraCast brass oxide pewter ethnic dart drop to the end of the chain using a 6mm antique brass-plated open jump ring.
Nice choice! All or most of the products needed for this project are shown below with quantities. Sometimes we sell out of components and aren’t able to order more from the manufacturer (we know, it is very disappointing to us, too). Use the opportunity to mix up the design and make it yours by substituting similar products or altering the entire color scheme—it’s up to you!
