Swarovski Crystal and Pink Pearl Kumihimo Bracelet
designed byCynthia Kimura
Approximate Size8 Inches
Having the clasp as a focal piece works especially well for bracelets, which can twist and turn on your wrist. In this case, I chose a gorgeous copper heart made by Patricia Healey as the highlight of my design.
The peach has long been the symbol of longevity, and patina pieces are able to stand the test of time. Celebrate everlasting love that knows no bounds with this sweet, sparkling bracelet balanced by elegant crystal pearls and unique copper accents. It's a wonderful twist on traditional romantic designs
Open the 'eye' portion of one TierraCast copper 2-inch, 21 gauge eye pin and then thread it through the knot at the end of the braid. Close the eye. Cut a new strand of fireline and wrap it around the braid to secure the eye pin. Cut the braid and the excess thread. You may want to add a dab of adhesive to secure the knots. If so, allow it to dry before moving on to step four.
Slide one Patricia Healey Copper large drum end cap, one Swarovski 6mm faceted round in Rose Peach and one 4mm faceted round in Crystal AB onto the eye pin. Attach the eye pin to one half of the Patricia Healey Copper heart toggle clasp using a wrapped loop.
Repeat steps three and four on the other end of the braid to finish the design.

Nice choice! All or most of the products needed for this project are shown
below with quantities. Sometimes we sell out of components and aren’t able to order more from
the manufacturer (we know, it is very disappointing to us, too). Use the opportunity to mix up
the design and make it yours by substituting similar products or altering the entire color
scheme—it’s up to you!
