Cameo Necklace
Cut two lengths of jewelry wire approximately 20 inches long each. Slide a sterling silver 2x2mm crimp tube onto the end of one of the wires. Bring the wire end through the loop on one half of the black copper 2-strand box clasp with black and white cameo. Bring the wire back through the crimp tube and crimp in place. Repeat with the other jewelry wire and the other loop on this half of the clasp. Hide the crimp tubes with a TierraCast silver-plated brass 3mm crimp cover for each.
Add a random pattern of Dakota Stones 3mm silver-plated hematite faceted roundel beads, onyx 8mm star cut round beads, platinum druzy agate 8mm faceted round beads, and beads from the 6mm Round Formal Affair Designer Blend to each jewelry wire strand. As you add beads to both strands, you can space out the larger beads so that they stagger nicely on each strand. Continue for the desired necklace length, keeping in mind, the clasp adds about 1 inch of length.
Slide a crimp tube onto the end of one of your jewelry wires. Bring the wire through the corresponding loop on the other half of the clasp and back through the crimp tube. Crimp in place. Repeat for the other jewelry wire with the other loop on the same half of the clasp. Hide the crimps with crimp covers.
Add a Dakota Stones platinum druzy agate 8mm faceted round bead to a Bali head pin with large granulations, followed by a Dakota Stones 3mm silver-plated hematite faceted roundel bead, an Onyx 8mm star cut round bead, and a hematite roundel. Make a simple loop at the top of the beads.
Add a hematite roundel to a 1 ½-inch 22 gauge sterling silver eye pin, followed by a clear round from the Formal Affair Designer Blend, and another hematite roundel. Make a wrapped loop at the top of the beads.
Open the eye of the beaded eye pin you just made and attach it to the top of the Bali head pin dangle. Close the loop.
Open the loop of the 925/10 silver-filled flat earwire with coil and attach it to the wrapped loop. Close the loop.

Nice choice! All or most of the products needed for this project are shown
below with quantities. Sometimes we sell out of components and aren’t able to order more from
the manufacturer (we know, it is very disappointing to us, too). Use the opportunity to mix up
the design and make it yours by substituting similar products or altering the entire color
scheme—it’s up to you!
