These earrings show just how easy it is to showcase sew-on stones in earring designs. We used an Octagon stone for this example, but you can choose from a variety of different shapes to create a similar look. Take a look at our Perfect Product Pairings below for other options. Once you've learned how to make these earrings, you can easily add more chain to the dangle, or try making beaded dangles for a little more glitz.
Cut two lengths of 1.7mm silver-plated brass delicate cable chain 14 links long. Then, cut a length 16 links long. Add a 14-link length to a sterling silver 2.3mm open jump ring, followed by the 16-link length and the last 14-link length. Close the jump ring.
Nice choice! All or most of the products needed for this project are shown below with quantities. Sometimes we sell out of components and aren’t able to order more from the manufacturer (we know, it is very disappointing to us, too). Use the opportunity to mix up the design and make it yours by substituting similar products or altering the entire color scheme—it’s up to you!
