Right angle weave creates a beaded field of clovers in this cheerful bracelet design. It's a perfect complement to St. Patrick's Day style, thanks to the lucky green fire-polished beads interspersed with a fortune of silver and gold seed beads. The claddagh at the center of the bracelet adds Irish flair. You'll love wearing this delicate bracelet as a symbol of luck on any day
Using a length of KO beading thread in a light green color, stitch your thread to one loop of the sterling silver heart in hands round link. Add one Miyuki 15/0 round seed bead in Duracoat galvanized gold to the thread. Then add the following beads to the thread:
Make a loop with these beads by bringing the needle back around through the first gold seed bead. You are going to create a right angle weave. See our Mini Tutorial Video for more help with this technique. Continue through the beads in the loop until you pass through the other gold seed bead.
Pass through the existing gold seed bead from the previous loop to make another loop. Then, go through the beads of this loop until you are exiting out of the next gold seed bead.
Nice choice! All or most of the products needed for this project are shown below with quantities. Sometimes we sell out of components and aren’t able to order more from the manufacturer (we know, it is very disappointing to us, too). Use the opportunity to mix up the design and make it yours by substituting similar products or altering the entire color scheme—it’s up to you!
