I like the Wildfire for weaving with Czech rullas using peyote stitch. Supple but strong. :-)

Good Tuff StuffMay 23, 2014
I have been relatively impressed with its strength and usability. If you squish the thread end flat with pliers,it will pass fairly easily through a size 14 beading needle.I only wish Artbeads would start carrying it in White or Crystal.

Strong stuff !!March 24, 2014
I have always been a fan of Fireline but not anymore. Just finished a cuff bracelet with 8 0 delicas in peyote stich and I loved working with this thread. It,s so tuff that I had to use real sharp scissors to cut it. Knots very well and I am sure that my work won't fall apart. Would love this also in white.

Drapes nicely; strongMay 15, 2013
I use this to string necklaces, using 11/0 and larger Toho & Miyuki beads, plus lightweight beads I make by hand. Not sure how Wildfire would work with heavy beads. Drapes nicely, seems really strong; knots and glues easily. Have successfully used it in conjunction w/ teeny 1.8mm silver crimp beads. Can thread it onto a big eye needle and pass up to three thicknesses thru 11/0 beads (have not tried more than that). I prefer it to Beadalon 0.012 inch beading wire because i can thread it onto a needle. Have never used Fireline, so I can't compare it to that--other than to say it's cheaper.

I do wish Wildfire came in 100 yard spools. Usually black is a Good Thing, but once in awhile I wish it also came in white, for translucent beads.
