We made this bracelet as a birthday gift for one of our favorite staff designers! Cheri loves natural tones and dangly things, so this seemed the perfect blend. We made a matching necklace that includes a little bird pendant by Taina Hartman that simply called out Cheri's name. The asymmetry reflects her solid yet whimsical nature, and the bright, earthy colors her sunny disposition! We hope she loves it! Happy Birthday Cheri! Step one: Cut a 10-inch piece of ZambaPro™ 49 .019 jewelry wire. Use a sterling silver 2x2mm crimp tube to crimp to the loop end of the sterling silver toggle aqua CZ. For help using crimp tubes please visit the Handy Tips section in the Learning Center.
Step two: Use a mix of the following beads to string to a length of approximately 2½ inches. The crystal Picasso luster roundelles, 6mm Swarovski Margarita beads in sapphire and jonquil, yellow aragonite chips, pewter antique silver lily beadcaps, 8mm Swarovski sand opal roundelles, 6mm Czech glass blue silk Picasso bricks, pewter antique silver small Turkish heishi spacers, Czech glass crystal with Picasso hexagons, 6mm Swarovski faceted sand opal rounds, pewter silver antique 5mm tiffany beadcaps and opaque matte khaki delicas. As you near the center, add a spacer, a Picasso luster roundelle and a Czech glass ocean blue with Picasso grooved rectangle. Follow with a Picasso luster roundelle and another spacer, then complete the strand in a random manner. Use a crimp tube to crimp to the bar end of the clasp.
Step three: Cut a 6½ inch piece of silver-plated medium rollo chain. Attach a sterling silver jump ring to each end of the chain and connect the chain to the toggle clasp.
Step four: Use the sterling silver 1-inch head pins and a mix of the remaining beads to create 12 dangles. Finish with a simple loop and attach to the chain. For help making simple loops please visit the Handy Tips section in the Learning Center.
