A Trio of Earrings Instructions Designed by Cynthia Kimura All of these earrings are made in the same way. They are simply variations on a theme to show you how a simple color change or the addition of a bead cap can make a design look vastly different. Step one: On a head pin of your choosing, string a Swarovski crystal bead, a sterling silver and crystal roundel, a contrasting crystal bead, another roundel and finish with a bead to match the first one you strung. In the case of the blue and pink earrings with blue crystal rondels, the 8mm bead goes on the bottom and the 6mm on top. Step two: Each earring is finished slightly differently. Two have bead caps and one has a bright sterling silver roundel on top. When you have added that final touch, you then complete the earrings with a simple loop. Step three: Attach the loop to an earwire and repeat all steps for the second earring.
