Tribal Roots Necklace Instructions Designed by Cynthia Kimura
This design incorporates two separate necklaces that can be worn individually or stacked for more impact.
Step one: To make the shorter necklace, simply string a Hill Tribe silver hammered three-loop pendant on two open jump rings and slide the top ring onto a 16-inch 4mm mocha colored rubber necklace.
Step two: Cut 24-inches of sterling silver 1+1 infinity link handmade chain and attach it to the Hill Tribe silver large fancy twist toggle using sterling silver open jump rings.
Step three: Cut a 26-inch length of Beadalon® .018 jewelry wire and using a 2x2mm crimp tube, crimp one end of the wire to another jump ring and attach that ring to one side of the clasp. String one antique gold 5mm coiled spacer followed by random segments of turquoise chip beads separated by the occasional coiled spacer. When you have 23 inches of beads, finish with a final spacer and crimp the other end of the wire to another jump ring which you will then attach to the other side of the clasp.
Step four: Attach the final jump ring to the Lillypilly Celtic pattern etched shell pendant and attach it to the center of the chain.
