Texas Emerald Bracelet Instructions Designed by Cynthia Kimura
Create a beautiful interpretation of the American Southwest with this colorful bracelet. The turquoise color matched with copper elements reflects the popular style of jewelry in the Texas region, complemented with a lovely dragonfly focal piece.
Step one: Cut two 2.5 inches pieces of the antique copper-plated 5+1 round and twisted rectangle link chain. You can adjust the length of the chain to suit your wrist size.
Step two: Link together in this order: the bar end of the antique copper-plated round triangle toggle clasp, an 8mm antique copper-plated open jump ring, a piece of chain from step one, jump ring, small Dragonfly at Sunrise porcelain triangle link, jump ring, second piece of chain from step one, jump ring and the loop end of toggle. Step three: Use nippers to cut a piece of ZambaPro™ 49.019 jewelry wire to match the length of one length of chain plus approximately 1 1/2 inches. Finish one end of the strand with an antique copper-plated pewter fancy crimp end. Do this by threading the wire into the crimp end, then clamp down the center of the crimp end with chain nose pliers. String eight of the 6mm Druk turquoise luster beads onto the strand, and finish the end with another crimp end. Connect your strand to one side of the bracelet so it lies next to the link chain. Repeat this process and attach your second turquoise strand to the other side of the link chain.
Step four: Repeat step three for the other side of the bracelet.
