 | Chandelier earrings can be a bit tricky to get just right, this simple design is a great way to practice your technique before you make more intricate earrings.
Step one: Begin with the drop that hangs in the center of the earring. String a Swarovski disc shaped crystal AB on a head pin and make a wrapped loop, stringing it through the inner loop at the top of the earring. For detailed instructions on how to make a wrapped loop, please visit the Handy Tips section of the Learning Center.
Step two: Prepare the rest of your drops. All will be attached with wrapped loops, so leave the head pins straight until you are ready to attach them. For the pair you will need four that have a daisy spacer, 5mm pacific opal Swarovski bicone and another daisy spacer. Four will simply have a 4mm bright round twisted bead, and two with a daisy spacer, 5mm Swarovski blue zircon bicone, and another daisy spacer.
Step three: Attach the drops working from the inside out with the blue zircon in the middle, then the twists, and finally the pacific opals. All will be finished with wrapped loops. Attach the earring to any wire, post or lever back you like.
