Speciality 11/0's A DelightAugust 3, 2013
I go looking for the marbled or gilded or Picasso finishes on seed beads throughout this site. There's something muted and subtle about them that lends beadweaving a more sophisticated look. These are the best of the best and have been featured as key seed beads in a couple of recent magazine patterns. I wish ArtBeads had an even wider selection. To my knowledge, these turquoise beads are the only "marbled" and "gilded" ones they offer.

a little uneven in sizeFebruary 9, 2013
These are gorgeous seed beads for stringing, or in an application where it doesn't matter if they are a little uneven in size. However, this batch has enough variation in it that I'm having to work carefully in a delicate woven piece. A little surprising for Tohos.

Bracelet from the SouthwestJanuary 16, 2011
These beads work especially well when used with red and/or black beads. I used them with 4mm red Czeck and 3mm black matte beads to make a stunning bracelet that I could have sold many times over. Now that I have found a source for the turquoise beads, everyone can have one!
