Summer Flowers Bracelet Instructions Designed by Artbeads
Take a moment to spend some quality time with your daughter to create these fun Summer Flowers bracelets. The fancy Fuchsia and Olivine bracelet works for dressier occasions, while the pastel bracelet better matches a child's everyday wardrobe. These bracelets will be approximately 6 1/2 inches long but you can easily adjust them to fit a smaller wrist by stringing fewer beads.
Pastel Bracelet
Step one: Cut two 10-inch pieces of Elonga multi-strand stretch cord.
Step two: String a Swarovski SS29 XILION silver-plated 2-hole setting in Rose Water Opal onto both cords. String the following pattern onto each cord so that you have two parallel rows of beads: a 4mm Czech glass druk bead in light sapphire luster iris, a 4mm Czech glass druk bead in rosaline luster iris, a sapphire druk and a rosaline druk. String a Swarovski SS29 XILION silver-plated 2-hole setting in Provence Lavender onto both cords. Add another four druk beads onto each cord in an alternating pattern, starting this time with rosaline druks. Repeat this step three times.
Step three: Pull both ends of one Elonga cord so that it has slightly more tension than you want when the bracelet is finished. While the cord is tight, tie a knot. Repeat for the other cord. Apply Superglue gel to both knots to ensure that they won't come undone.
Fuchsia and Olive Bracelet When creating the Fuchsia and Olivine bracelet, steps one and three are the same as for the pastel bracelet. For step two, string the following settings onto both cords in an alternating pattern: 13 Swarovski SS29 XILION silver-plated 2-hole settings in Fuchsia and 13 Swarovski SS29 XILION silver-plated 2-hole settings in Olivine.
