"I needed a heavier headpin desperately but this one doesn't do the job. The head is very large plus my beads do not fit flush next to the head unless I file rough parts from the shaft of the pin, next to the head. Therefore, there is a gap between the head and the bead. This certainly detracts from the whole design.
The 24 gauge headpin is perfect in size & quality but too flimsy for the design. I am very disappointed I finally modified the pin to fit my needs but hope to find an alternative in future.. I
