Step one: Choose your paper and cut a tag shape to the size you want. Punch a hole in the tag. Use white ultra micro fiber suede and tie through the hole.
Step two: Use side cutters to cut the bail or loop off of the antique brass snowman charm. Arrange the snowman and the Swarovski ss10 and ss16 Aquamarine hotfix flatbacks on the tag.
