This gift box can be made to suit any holiday or any theme. Simply choose colors and charms of your liking and be creative! Remember, you can use any ribbon, charms and Swarovski rhinestones you like. These are just suggestions.
Step one: Using Gem Tac adhesive, apply Swarovski flatback rhinestones to the edge of the lid of a cotton filled white jewelry box. For instructions on how to apply flatbacks, please visit the Handy Tips section of our Learning Center.
Step two: After the glue has dried, apply the lid to the bottom of the box and tie it all together with three silk cords or ribbons of your choosing. Use a simple bow, do not knot, as you may want to use the ribbons later.
Step three: Attach a sterling silver open jump ring to each of the charms. At one end of each ribbon or cord, tie a charm onto the silk with a simple knot. After the gift is opened, the recipient can used a charm on each of the ribbons for a simple necklace.
