FREE SHIPPING!
Artbeads.com is your online source for exceptional beads and jewelry
making supplies at low prices. We offer FREE shipping in the U.S. with
no minimum order, and ship internationally with $1 shipping to Canada
(Duties and taxes may apply). For other shipping methods, please refer
to the chart below.
Shipping Policies
At Artbeads.com, we make every effort to process (pack and ship) your order as quickly as possible, while making sure that your order is both accurate and carefully packaged.
You will be able to choose your shipping method at the time of checkout. Except for our FedEx International Express orders, all shipping charges are final; in other words, you will never have to pay more for shipping than what you see when checking out.
Please Note: We do not ship C.O.D. For larger orders, we often attach insurance or request delivery confirmations, which is paid for by Artbeads.com.

While we will be open on these holidays and processing orders, unfortunately we will not be able to ship any.
Processing Times
All FedEx Air and U.S. Express Mail orders received before 11AM PST are processed the same business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). FedEx Air and U.S. Express Mail orders received after 11AM PST will be processed within one business day. Orders using other paid shipping methods, such as U.S. Priority Mail and UPS Ground, are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders using our FREE Standard Shipping method are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
Weekends: All U.S. Express Mail orders received before 9AM PST on Saturday are shipped the same day.
Transit Times
We are located in Gig Harbor, Washington (USA), which means that some orders mailed to the East Coast, or outside of this country, may not arrive as quickly as orders mailed to destinations that are closer to us. Please note that occasionally, orders may take longer to process than stated due to large order volumes associated with holidays, special promotions, or delays associated with the carrier. International orders pass through customs, which may add additional delays.

Additional Information
Important: FedEx and UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box
APO/FPO Addresses: Note that only our Free Shipping and Priority Mail methods are available for APO/FPO shipments. Neither USA Express Mail or Federal Express are currently available.
Customs Charges/Import Duties: For international orders, any taxes or duties assessed by customs will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Signature Waivers: Customers choosing to waive required signatures for Federal Express and express deliveries assume all responsibility for their orders once they leave our facilities.
Special Instruction: Please do not ask us to have the USPS leave packages "on the back porch," etc., as the USPS does not accept special requests.
FedEx Tracking: If you have elected to ship via FedEx and would like to track your order, please go to the FedEx website and enter your tracking number to check the shipping status.
UPS Tracking: If you have elected to ship via UPS and would like to track your order, please go to the UPS website and enter your tracking number to check the shipping status.
Lost Packages: On rare occasions, due to no fault on our part, a package sent via the USPS may not arrive at its destination. In such an instance, we will reship your order after a reasonable time has elapsed, but will require that you sign and return a letter confirming that your package indeed was never received. This is required so that we can be reimbursed by our insurance company. If we do not receive this signed form back from you, we reserve the right to charge you for the replacement shipment.
