A: 1) Try using a heavier gauge jump ring. 2) If you are attaching an open jump ring directly to the jewelry wire, make sure that the jump ring is completely closed. Remember to twist (open and closed) the jump ring outwards with two pairs of pliers and push slightly to close tight. 3) You can also attach your charm to an open jump ring, but then add a closed jump ring which will attach to your jewelry wire. 4) For those that are not comfortable using jump rings, you can also use a split ring. However, care must be taken to maintain the shape of the split ring after stretching it open to attach to the charm.
