This gorgeous bracelet captures the essence of summer with its images of renewal and growth. Every detail tells a story, from vibrant flowers beckoning with life-giving nectar to the dainty hummingbird seeking its nest.
Step one: Cut out two images from the nature Nunn Design™ collage sheet to fit inside the silver-plated pewter mini circle links. We chose an egg and a bird's nest. Apply a coat of Nunn Design™ adhesive to the inside of the first frame. Press the image into the frame, smoothing out any bubbles, and let dry for 20 minutes. Apply a coat of Nunn Design™ sealant and allow it to dry. Repeat with a second coat. Do the same process to the second link. This will ensure that the image remains intact and free of watermarks.
Step two: Use the pour spout to carefully dispense a layer of Nunn Design™ Gel du Soleil glaze into the first circle link over the image to fill it halfway. Pop any surfaced air bubbles with a needle and place the pendant under a UV lamp for 20 minutes. Pour a second layer of glaze until it is filled level with the link. Pop any surfaced air bubbles and place under the UV lamp to cure for 20 minutes. Repeat this process with the second link. Set the second link aside.
Step three: Next, construct the dangle. Onto a 1 1/2-inch head pin, string a 6mm Swarovski 5328 XILION bicone in Padparadscha and a TierraCast® brass oxide pewter hummingbird bead. Attach the head pin to the bottom of the first link using a simple loop. For help creating a simple loop, visit the Handy Tips section of the Learning Center. Attach a 0.9x4.6mm sterling silver open jump ring to the top of the link. Set the dangle that you just created aside.
Step four: Cut a 9-inch piece of ZambaPro™ 49 .019 jewelry wire. Attach the wire to the bar piece of the Hill Tribe silver star-shaped flower toggle using a 2mm sterling silver crimp tube. Cover the crimp tube with a 3mm sterling silver crimp tube cover. String a 5x4mm emerald and topaz roundel bead, a bicone, a roundel bead, a bicone, a roundel bead, a purple and orange flowers with orange and white center disc, a roundel bead, a bicone and a roundel bead onto the wire. String the jump ring of the dangle onto the wire.
Step five: String a roundel bead, a bicone, a roundel bead and a flowers disc. Repeat this pattern three more times. Finish with a bicone.
Step six: Attach the second link to the bracelet using a crimp tube. Cover the crimp tube with a crimp tube cover. Attach the link to the floral piece of the clasp using a jump ring.
