At Artbeads.com we believe every day is Earth Day. Everyone ends up with extra bits of chain that is left over from your projects. In this design, we combine lots of those leftovers for a stylish and beautiful bracelet. This was made with three types of chain, but for an even funkier, cooler look, mix it up even more with different textures or even different metals!
Step one: Cut four segments of ten equal lengths of chain. To get the chain even, we recommend hanging them on a head pin that you hold horizontally, so you can measure easily. For the final segment you will need fewer chain lengths (we used five) so that it will fit through the toggle clasp. Make these lengths custom to fit your wrist.
Step two: Link ten chains of the same length onto a large open jump ring. Continue to connect the groups of chain with the large jump rings. Make sure the rings are closed tight to hold all of the chain in place.
Step three: Finish by attaching the toggle clasp to the last of the jump rings and watch what you thought was waste metal turn into recycled beauty!
