| At Artbeads.com we believe in recycling! We all have extra beads leftover from projects, chipped or broken beads that we didn't take care of, what do we do with them? We would like to recommend you turn them into art!
We made this simple, beautiful mirror in a couple of hours and it would make a wonderful gift or addition to your craft room!
You can buy a very inexpensive mirror with a plain wooden frame and the pre-stamped metal words at your local craft store. Then paint the wood and let it dry overnight. Then simply spread some E-6000 adhesive in a random or planned pattern on the mirror and press on leftover beads in a pattern of your choosing. If you like, add your metal word to the mirror for a finishing touch. Let it dry thoroughly before handling. | |
