These dangly earrings use the beautiful combination of Swarovski purples and black. They are incredibly inexpensive and simple to make.
Step one: String one 8mm deep purple Swarovski pearl on a 1 ½ inch sterling silver, 24-gauge head pin. Make a simple loop in the wire. For detailed instructions on how to make a simple loop, please visit the Handy Tips section of the Learning Center.
Step two: On individual ¾ inch sterling silver 24-gauge eye pins, string one each of a tanzanite 6mm Swarovski bicone, purple velvet 6mm Swarovski bicone and an 8mm mystic black Swarovski pearl. Make simple loops on the tops of all the links.
Step three: The deep purple pearl will be the bottom of the earring, from there attach the purple velvet link followed by the tanzanite link and finish with the mystic black pearl. You attach the links by gently opening the loop at the top of each one and linking it with the next.
Step four: To finish the earring simply attach the top loop to a sterling silver French hook earwire with ball and add a clear rubber earwire clutch. Repeat the steps to make a second earring.
