This necklace is at once delicate and abstract. It has a lot of fun variation of shape, color and texture that keeps the eye moving.
Step one: Cut three lengths of ZambaPro™ 49 .012 jewelry wire to approximately 35 inches each. Using one 2x2mm crimp tube, crimp all three wires to an open jump ring. For instructions on How to crimp, please visit the Handy Tips section of the Learning Center. Cover the crimp tube with a sterling silver crimp cover.
Step two: String all three strands through a 6mm Swarovski powder rose pearl, then separate the strands. Make a pile of galvanized matte pink Delica seed beads on your bead mat. Push one strand of the wire into the pile and with a quick brushing motion press the beads toward the wire. They will "jump" right onto your jewelry wire. Continue until you have approximately four inches of bead. Put this working wire into a Bead Stopper and continue with the other wires until all three have about four inches of the Delica beads on them.
Step three: String all three strands through three 6mm powder rose pearls, a 5.5mm Swarovski violet simplicity bead, and into a sterling silver abstract bead frame. This is where it gets a bit tricky. Do not try to do the next bit of stringing within the bead frame. Pull your wire taught and add a single blushing rose Delica seed bead, a 12mm Swarovski polygon amethyst bead and another Delica. Now string your wires back through the other side of the bead frame, a simplicity bead and three powder rose pearls.
Step four: Feed all three strands through the narrow end of a sterling silver open cone and separate the wires to add an additional 4 and a half inches of matte pink blush Delicas. You will again bring the strands together and string them through an 8mm powder rose Delica, 4mm silver and crystal Swarovski squaredelle, a violet simplicity bead, bead frame, a single blushing rose Delica, polygon, blushing rose Delica, back through the bead frame, another violet simplicity bead and one more squaredelle. At this point you will repeat this section (beginning with the 8mm powder rose pearl) two more times and end with a final 8mm powder rose pearl.
Step five: Beginning with the 4 and a half inches of matte pink blush Delicas, reverse the pattern as you work back toward the other end of the clasp. Crimp the wires to an open jump ring. Cover with a crimp cover and attach jump rings to the clasp.
