The Lipstick Ranch Rusted Iron Heart Pendant

Use this rusted iron heart pendant as the focal piece of your next idea for a rustic western touch. Its large heart shape is made from lead-free iron which presents a dark, rusty color that leaves a black outline along its edge. The central stringing hole makes this ideal for use as a pendant for a necklace. Each piece is made by laying cold rolled iron strips on farmland and letting it naturally create a rust-like finish. Once this happens, the shapes are cut out and each component is sealed with a water-based acrylic to prevent future rusting. Because of this natural process, no two pieces will look identical.
