How to Order
If you prefer to pay by cashiers/personal check or money order, you can still use our online order form by selecting "check/money order" when you choose a payment method. Using this procedure, you will not have to complete any credit card information. When your order information is complete, simply click the "Send this order" button and we will automatically receive your order and you will receive an order confirmation. Please print a copy of the order for your records and mail us your payment. We will ship your items when we receive your payment. Orders are automatically cancelled if we have not received payment within two weeks of placing the order.
You also have the option of printing out an order form, which you can mail or fax (see Contact information). Alternatively, you can call us with your order at our toll-free number: 1-866-715-BEAD. We are available to take your phone orders weekdays (except for holidays), 7:30am to 5:15pm (Pacific Time).
Please keep in mind that orders submitted after the Friday cut-off time (noon Pacific Time) may not ship until Monday, depending on the shipment method that you choose. We are also not open on major holidays.
We gladly accept international orders for your jewelry supply needs and currently export to over 50 international countries. We are capable of responding to written customer service inquiries in English, French, and Japanese. International orders are shipped via Global Priority by the US Postal Service, or by FedEx (see International Shipping for more details). IMPORTANT: For international orders paid for with credit card, Artbeads.com will NOT ship to an address that does not match the address for the credit card. The order processing team at Artbeads.com will place a phone call to the credit card issuing bank to verify billing information before shipments are dispatched, and we will hold orders until valid information is obtained.
Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return most items for a full refund of the original price paid, less shipping, within 60 days. We will gladly accept exchanges and returns for store credit anytime after 60 days. Items returned to us MUST be in their original condition and packaging.

- Special orders
- Products that were originally purchased on clearance
- Strands or pre-packed items that have been broken up, unsealed or otherwise altered, including wire and stringing materials that have been unspooled
- Sold by the foot items in lengths less than three feet
- Sold by the inch items in lengths less than six inches
- Artbeads.com gift cards
- Return the items in a plain box or padded envelope with a copy of the original invoice.
- If exchanging items, please note the item codes and payment information if applicable with your return.
- For your protection, please send your return items in a rigid cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope.
- We recommend, but do not require that you insure your package as we are not responsible for product returns that arrive to us damaged, and will not credit you for these items. Items returned to us in a standard unpadded envelope are almost certain to be damaged by the postal service.

Please note that refunds equal to or less than $5.00 may be issued as store credit unless specified.
Artbeads.com will refund return First Class postage only if you are returning an incorrect or defective item. For all other returns please kindly ensure that sufficient postage is affixed to the package. Any return postage or shipping charges paid by Artbeads.com for packages that are not for incorrect or defective items will be deducted from the refund provided.
For your convenience detailed information about processed returns is maintained on-site for 30 Days. Requests received after 30 days may require additional time before being responded to.

We offer price breaks depending on the number of beads you purchase (i.e., the more you buy, the better the price). This enables you to receive "wholesale" prices on any given product without having to reach a minimum order value. This pricing is not available on a "mix-and-match" basis. In other words, volume prices are based on the quantity of each item purchased, and not the total of any one type of item (e.g., alphabet beads).
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, money orders, personal checks (In U.S. Funds drawing from U.S. banks only), cashiers checks and PayPal. We do not ship COD. If you use a credit card for your method of payment, the billing address must match that shown on your credit card statement. Otherwise, your order will be delayed until we can contact you to obtain the correct address.

Orders and Payment Processing
Although our system is able to hold an order while payment is being processed, we are unable to hold individual products in the order until payment has cleared and the order has been processed.
Pay for Your Order Using PayPal
With PayPal, you can send money to anyone with an email address by simply signing up and logging into your account at www.paypal.com. When you are logged into your account, click the Send Money tab. Then enter your recipient's email address and the amount you would like to send. To pay for an Artbeads.com order, simply enter firstname.lastname@example.org in the recipient's email address, and enter the amount. Please reference your Artbeads.com order number in all transactions. Your order will be processed once we are notified that your payment has cleared. It's as easy as that!
Residents of Washington State
Artbeads.com collects sales tax on all orders being shipped to Washington State. The amount of tax collected is based on the destination address that the order is being shipped to. If you are a registered business with a Washington state UBI number and are eligible for tax exemption, please mail or fax your Reseller's Permit to the address/number below and taxes will be excluded from your order.

Residents of Kentucky, Oklahoma, South Dakota and Vermont
Artbeads.com is not required to collect, and does not collect, Kentucky, Oklahoma, South Dakota or Vermont sales and use tax. Your purchase is subject to Kentucky, Oklahoma, South Dakota, or Vermont use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. It is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet, by fax, or by any other remote means. The states of Kentucky, Oklahoma, South Dakota, and Vermont require their native purchasers to report all purchases that were not taxed and pay tax on those purchases.

We make every effort to maintain our inventory and mark items "out-of-stock" on our website. On occasion, however, we may have fewer items in stock than what you order. Should this happen, we will ship you what we have and adjust the amount of your purchase accordingly. We will also email you to let you know that the remaining product is out of stock. You may decide at that point whether or not you would like us to back order the out-of-stock product. At this time we are unable to ship back-orders to international countries. In this case, your back-order will be cancelled. Regardless of the value of your back-order, we will make every effort to notify you by either phone or email with regard to the status of your order. International customers should revisit our site frequently for out-of-stock items, since we will post them back to the site as soon as they become available.
On occasion, Artbeads.com may run out of stock for a particular item. If this happens, an "Out of Stock" notice will appear and you will no longer see an "Order" button. If you are still interested in purchasing this item, and would like to be notified when it is back in stock, simply click the icon and a page will pop up where you can enter your email address. You will receive an email from us the next time we receive a shipment of this item. Included in the email will be a link back to the item for your convenience. Your privacy is very important to us, and we will never sell, rent, or otherwise distribute your email address to a third party. It will only be used for communications between Artbeads.com and you.
Because our inventory is constantly changing as we add many more new and exciting products, we do not carry a print catalog at this time. We do hope that you will find the time to explore our website.
