Where is my order?
To find out the status of your order, check your email inbox for an update from
support@artbeads.com.
The first email we send lets you know that we have received your order and have begun processing it. The next email will typically tell you when your order has been shipped. We will also email you if we are waiting for payment, to notify you of a backorder or to let you know of problems processing your order.
The time it takes to process and ship your order depends on the shipping method you selected. To see approximately how long it will take for your order to be delivered, look for your shipping method in the table below. Be sure to visit our
shipping page for complete shipping information and exceptions.
Note: Processing times are measured in business days and do not include Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays. Approximate transit times begin after your order has left the warehouse. Please note that they are only estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

I have not received any email updates regarding my order. What should I do?
Make sure our emails are not being blocked by either your internet service provider (ISP) or your email program. This may be caused by a security setting or "junk email" and "spam" filters. In order to receive our emails, you may have to revise these settings or contact your ISP to allow mail from "support@artbeads.com" to be accepted in the future.
If you have checked your junk email folders and do not have an order confirmation email, please call us at 866-715-2323.
I have received a shipping confirmation email and would like to know where my order is.
Did you get a tracking number?
Depending on the ship method you may or may not receive a tracking number (see chart). To locate your tracking number on your shipping confirmation email, look below the items and you will see the carrier listed. If there are no numbers following the carrier name, the package is not trackable.

How long has it been since you placed your order?
If it has been longer than the estimated number of total delivery days since you placed your order and you have not yet received your order, please follow these steps:

Were there any problems processing your order? If our Order Processing or Customer Service department encountered any issues, your order may have been delayed. You would have been notified by either phone or email.

If you did not receive any notification of problems processing your order, please
