Memorial Day Charm Bracelet Instructions Designed by Cheri Carlson
Carry the memory of your beloved veteran with you every day with this wonderful charm bracelet. You can add pictures or stamp important dates, anything goes with this charm bracelet, as long as it means something to you!
Note: Be sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions when using Mod Podge. If you choose to use a photograph, they recommend using a color copy of the photo made with a dry toner copier.
Step one: Attach a 6mm jump ring to the pewter antique silver oval scalloped picture frame. Cut a picture to fit and apply Mod Podge to the back of the picture. Place it in the frame. Apply more Mod Podge to the surface of the picture to seal it. Apply more coats if desired. Allow to dry.
Step two: On a sterling silver oval tag charm use the 1/8 inch alphabet metal stamps to spell out your message or name. We embellished ours with the heart metal stamp as well. For help with stamping on metal please visit the Handy Tips Video section in the Learning Center. Attach a 6mm jump ring to the tag.
Step three: Attach the 9mm sterling silver jump ring to the wish heart box. Write a special message, wish or prayer and tuck it inside the box.
Step four: Attach the 6 mm sterling silver jump rings to the following charms; sterling silver small eagle charm, United States Army Seal, red enameled heart charm with border, red enameled heart charm, sterling silver USA charm and the sterling silver domed message pendants courage and honor.
Step five: Connect the charms to the 7-inch sterling silver bracelet.
