Silver prices holding steady
In our previous newsletter, we announced that we would be raising prices on our sterling silver products due to surging silver prices. While we did begin to raise prices on some of our lowest profit-margin items, the fact that silver prices appear to have stabilized over the past week has allowed us to slow the pace of scheduled price increases until the trend in silver prices becomes more clear. |

Q. How do I use a beadtip with Soft Flex-type stringing material?
A: Beadtips are designed for use with thread and cord, and are not usually
used with nylon-coated steel stringing materials. The reason is that
materials like Soft Flex and Beadalon stringing wire don't knot very
easily, which is why we recommend that for the most secure finish you use
crimp tubes or beads with them. If you want the look of a beadtip, the
best way to go about it is to string on the beadtip, and crimp the wire
inside it to keep it from slipping out. Using a dab of glue, like GS-Hypo,
