Attach the toggle clasp with sterling silver open jump rings. Insert the ends of the chain into our Chain Sta tool. Step two: Attach all Czech glass teardrops to large open jump rings. Attach all charms to the small jump rings. In the center of the bracelet attach the Mardi Gras mask charm. Every five loops attach a charm alternating with three teardrops (one of each color). Continue this pattern to the end of the bracelet.
