Step one:

Step two:
Thread one 8x15mm variegated red, tangerine and magenta crystal teardrop bead, one TierraCast 3mm black finish pewter plain heishi spacer and one Swarovski 3mm faceted round in Light Siam onto one 2-inch gunmetal-plated 20 gauge eye pin and finish with a simple loop.
Step three:
