Show honor to those who serve to protect your freedom with this simple necklace. Embellish it with your own personal message for Memorial Day, Veteran's Day or as a gift for your own hero.
Step one:
Use the 1/8 inch alphabet metal stamp set to imprint each sterling silver rounded edge rectangle pendant tag with the patriotic phrase. We chose to stamp the phrase “HOME OF THE FREE” on one of the pendant tags and the phrase “BECAUSE OF THE BRAVE” on the other pendant tag or choose your own encouraging words to use. Read our Handy Tip on how to stamp metal if you need help. Fill in the letters with permanent marker to help them stand out.
Step two:
Attach each tag to its own sterling silver open jump ring and string them onto the sterling silver 2.5mm ball chain. Watch our Handy Tip video on how to use jump rings if you need help.
Step three:
Finish the necklace by attaching the sterling bead chain connector to the ends of the chain.
