This dainty little necklace is a cool treat to get you ready for Christmas. The crisp winter colors like blue and silver match perfectly with the resin pendant. Makes a great winter gift for a friend!
Step one: Cut the ZambaPro 49.019 jewelry wire into two 25-inch long pieces using a nipper tool. Connect the Taina Hartman sterling silver/resin 16mm Christmas Tree pendant to an open sterling silver jump ring and attach it to the center of both your wires, connecting the two wires together. For help using jump rings, visit our Handy Tips video.
Step two: String the following beads in a random fashion onto each wire approximately 1/2 inch on both sides of your pendant:
One Swarovski 3mm round pearl in White
Four Miyuki 1.8mm transparent sapphire blue square cut beads
Three Miyuki transparent blue topaz square cut beads
Three Miyuki transparent silver-lined blue topaz delicas
Three TOHO™ bead rounds in frosted silver-lined aqua
On one side of the pendant, string both wires through a Swarovski 8mm star in Light Topaz. Repeat on the other side. Place a bead stopper next to the star bead on one side of the necklace to hold your beads in place.
Step three: String the following beads in a random fashion onto each wire on the other side of your pendant to fill the rest of your strand:
Swarovski white pearls
Miyuki transparent sapphire blue squares
Miyuki transparent blue topaz squares
Miyuki transparent silver-lined blue topaz delicas
TOHO™ frosted silver-lined aqua rounds
TOHO™ 9mm twisted bugle beads in transparent crystal AB
Also string one more star bead on each wire, staggering the placement of each for an asymmetrical pattern.
Step four: Attach each wire end to a single open jump ring using a sterling silver 2x2mm crimp tube. Cover the crimp tube with a sterling silver 3mm crimp cover. For help with crimp tubes and how to use a crimp cover, visit our Handy Tips section. Attach the star portion of the JBB silver-plated pewter star toggle to your jump ring.
Step five: Remove your bead stopper and repeat steps three and four for the other side of your pendant, replacing the star portion of the toggle with the bar portion in Step four.
