Let love fly with this darling bridal bracelet! Its cream pearls and hush blue tones reflect the emerging wedding trend of incorporating subtle touches of color into bridal gowns. This three-strand idea makes the perfect accessory on your special day.
Please Note: This bracelet features a special clasp that allows the strands to tier together when faced correctly. In our idea, the bracelet should be worn with the larger set of butterfly wings pointing towards your fingers, as if the butterfly is flying away from you. If you would like the butterfly to face the other way, the strand that attaches to the top set of wings will need to be slightly shorter.
Step one:
Cut three strands of jewelry wire approximately 9 inches long. Attach one end from each strand to one half of the JBB sterling butterfly 3-strand hook and eye clasp using sterling 2x2mm crimp tubes. If you need help on how to use crimp tubes, read our Handy Tip available in the Learning Center.
Step two:
String the following pattern onto each strand:
one TierraCast® 3mm silver-plated pewter heishi spacer
one Swarovski 4mm faceted round in Chrysolite Opal
one spacer
three Swarovski 6mm round pearls in Cream
one spacer
one Swarovski 4mm faceted round in Crystal AB
one spacer
three pearls
Repeat this pattern two more times. Finish the strand with a spacer, a Swarovski 4mm faceted round in Chrysolite Opal and one more spacer. Use bead stoppers to keep your beads in place while working on your strands.
Step three:
Attach the open ends to the other half of the clasp with crimp tubes as before.
