Rock the sidewalk like a catwalk and show off your style with this hot bracelet idea. With cool color and rich texture this urban-chic idea will bring together any outfit.
Step one:
Cut one piece of jewelry wire approximately 7 ½ inches long. Attach one end to an 8mm gunmetal-plated 18 gauge open jump ring using a 14K/20 gold-filled 2x2mm crimp tube. Read our Handy Tip on how to use a crimp tube if you need help. Cover the crimp tube with one 4mm antique brass-plated crimp cover. Learn how to use a crimp cover by reading our Handy Tip in the Learning Center.
Step two:
String the following pattern onto the wire: one TierraCast 8mm brass oxide pewter plain heishi spacer and one TierraCast black finish pewter large coiled ring bead. Repeat this pattern nine more times. String three TierraCast brass oxide pewter large love knot spacers and then a small Grace Lampwork black and ivory mix graduated roundel bead.
Step three:
Add three more love knot spacers, and then string the next largest graduated lampwork bead. Do this one more time with the largest lampwork bead, and then create a mirror image on the other side. Finish the other end with a second crimp tube, crimp cover and jump ring.
Step four:
Attach the loop portion of the Kabela Design antique brass hammered ring and coiled bar toggle clasp to one jump ring and the bar portion of the clasp to the other jump ring. Watch our Handy Tip video to learn how to open and close a jump ring.
