 | Everyone says ladybugs are good luck, so why not give your little ones a little luck in this adorable bracelet? Simple enough to make with your child, just follow these step by step instructions!
Step one: Cut a length of Elonga 0.7 mm to about 3 inches longer than your child’s wrist. Cover one end in masking tape to prevent the beads from slipping off.
Step two: Begin stringing your bracelet alternating ladybugs and antique silver pewter beaded circle bead. In this example we used eight of each bead.
Step three: To finish the bracelet, simply pull the beads toward the middle of the elastic and tie a secure knot. When working with Elonga, make sure you do not stretch it tight when tying the knot. Leave a bit of slack so that there is plenty of stretch left to put it on and take it off. Dab the knot with a bit of glue, we recommend GS HYPO cement. When the glue is dry, trim the ends of the Elonga off and pull a bead over the knot to hide.
Note: The components in this bracelet are fragile and can break. We DO NOT recommend jewelry for children under five.
