2. Do I have to Log In to shop on the site? - No, you are free to shop our site and check out without logging in - but you will want to!



3. I forgot my password. What do I do? - Our Customer Service team does not keep your online account password information. This is accessible by you at any time by clicking the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the Log In page:

6. What Order History information do I get to see and how frequently is it updated? - You will see all orders placed by you online (phone orders are not available at this time). Orders that you place on our site will appear within the Order History area of your online account moments after placing them.



7. Does my cart get saved so I can access it later or on other computers? - Items in your cart will stay there for up to 30 days unless your cookies are cleared for any reason. Please note that prices are finalized when you place order, not when you add the item to the cart. You can only access your cart on the computer where you added the items.
