If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, exchange or return most items for a full refund of the original price, less shipping, within 60 days. We gladly accept exchanges and returns for store credit anytime after 60 days.	Items returned must be in their original condition and packaging. Artbeads.com does not charge any restocking fees for valid returns. Certain items cannot be returned (see below).

• All Items absolutely must be in their original packaging with a copy of the original invoice and a completed return form.
• If exchanging items, please note the item codes and payment information if applicable with your return.
• Exchanges for more than $10 worth of product being shipped within the United States qualify for our Free Shipping offer; otherwise, regular shipping rates apply.
• For your protection, please send your return items in a rigid cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope. We recommend but do not require that you insure your package. We will not credit you for items that arrive damaged.
• Refunds $5.00 and under may be issued as store credit unless specified.
• Artbeads.com will refund First Class postage only if you are returning an incorrect or defective item. For all other returns, you are responsible for postage.
• Any return postage or shipping charges paid by Artbeads.com for packages that are not for incorrect or defective items will be deducted from the refund provided.
• Detailed information about processed returns is maintained on-site for 30 days. Requests for information received after 30 days may require additional time for a response.
