Liberty Earrings Instructions Designed by Cheri Carlson
Celebrate the 4th of July in style with these whimsical earrings. The dangling silver chain is almost reminiscent of fireworks brightening the night sky, making these earrings patriotic without going overboard. For a blue color palette, see our alternative component list below.
Step One: Cut five small pieces of twisted wire sterling silver chain. Each piece should contain four links. String the top loop on each piece of chain onto the 5.35mm sterling silver open jump ring and attach the jump ring to the 15mm round link in red. Step Two: Attach the sterling silver domed star cut out charm to the link using the 6.85mm sterling silver open jump ring. Use the 4.05mm sterling silver open jump ring to connect it to the sterling silver earwire with 3mm mirror bead.
Step Three: Repeat the steps above to create the other earring, but replace the sterling silver star charm for the cut-out star charm in step two.
