Congratulations to Sherri Stokey!

A beader since 2008, Sherri does mostly macramé and prefers to do micro macramé with thin cords and tiny seed beads. She has also taught herself bead embroidery and bead weaving, and is always trying different things. Sherri started beading after seeing some lovely micro macramé jewelry and decided that she could do it herself! Although it's her hobby, Sherri does sell her pieces. As she put it, "I do sell my pieces or I'd be run out of the house by now"! Her favorite creation is usually the one she's working on—or the next one still in her head. "I made this beaded macrame bracelet based on the tree of life wall hanging piece in groovy retro colors. I used chocolate brown cord and seed beads in harvest gold and green to surround orange buri beads."
