Carrie presented her bridesmaids with a choice of two sets of bridesmaid's jewelry each! Each one was unique and made to complement their personality. After much deliberation, they each chose the styles they liked best, thinking those were the items they got to keep. They were right, but Carrie also surprised them with a thank you gift of the second set of jewelry on her wedding day! Be sure to check out Jessica's matching bracelet and earrings.
Step one: String a 6mm Swarovski aqua bicone onto a sterling silver eye pin and finish with a simple loop. Attach a sterling silver open jump ring to your Lillypilly tab shell pendant and add it to the bottom loop of the eye pin. Set the pendant combo aside.
Step two: Cut approximately 21 inches of ZambaPro™ jewelry wire. We will begin this project in the center. String ten Hill Tribe silver tiny barrel beads onto the center of your wire and add the pendant dangle by stringing the wire through the simple loop so that it rests on the silver barrel beads.
Step three: String an antique silver-plated pewter spiral bead onto one end of the wire and cross the other end back through the bead creating a loop that the pendant will hang off of underneath the bead.
Step four: At this point the design will be symmetrical on both sides of the bead. You can either string both at once or put a Bead Stopper on one end while you work toward the other. The pattern is one freshwater keishi pearl followed by five 4mm Swarovski mocca round beads, another keishi pearl, an 18mm Swarovski aqua polygon bead, keishi pearl, five mocca rounds, a spiral bead, five mocca rounds, keishi pearl and 12mm polygon bead. Follow with another keishi pearl, five mocca rounds, spiral bead, five rounds, keishi, 6mm Swarovski aqua bicone, keishi, five mocca rounds, another spiral bead and five more rounds.
Step five: Crimp the remaining wire to your toggle clasp and trim any excess wire! For help with Crimps please visit the Handy Tips section in the Learning Center.
