Recently I was in the Arizona Capitol Museum. One of expositions had gold and silver dishes from the 1850's. I was amazed by the ornate forms on the edges of huge dishes, plates, and glasses. I tried to repeat this style in my "Antique Gold Necklace" so I could wear it in some solemn moments.
