International Orders
We gladly accept international orders for your jewelry supply needs, but reserve the right to require payment via bank transfer or international money order. We are capable of responding to written customer service inquiries in English, French, and Japanese. International orders are shipped via Global Priority or Global Express by the US Postal Service, or by UPS Worldwide(see Shipping).
IMPORTANT: For international orders paid for with credit card, Artbeads.com will NOT ship to an address that does not match the address for the credit card. The order processing team at Artbeads.com will place a call to the credit card issuing bank to verify billing information before shipments are dispatched, and we will hold orders until valid information is obtained. |
