Everyday Elegance This Hill Tribe silver and Orange Aventurine necklace is perfect with a t-shirt and jeans, or dressed up for a night on the town. Personalize it with your favorite gem stone bead and Hill Tribe picture pendant for an everyday favorite.
The following bead pattern instructions are precise for the necklace shown in the picture. However, since the spacing is random, feel free to do a different stone count between the spacers until the piece looks best to your eye.
Step one: Cut a length of 19-strand, .018-inch jewelry wire by Griffin to about 22 inches. Attach one end to the Hill Tribe toggle clasp using a 2x2mm sterling silver crimp tube. Cover the tube with a Sterling silver crimp cover. If you are uncertain how to use these items, please visit our Handy Tips section of the Learning Center.
Step two: Begin threading your beads. Start with a Hill Tribe medium roundel; follow with three 6mm orange aventurine stones. Add another Hill Tribe medium roundel and six more stones. This will be followed with a roundel and seven stones, roundel, three stones, roundel, seven stones, roundel, six stones, when you complete that pattern you add the Hill Tribe Flower & Fern Picture Pendant.
Step three: Working your way up the other side the pattern is: three orange aventurine stones, medium Hill Tribe roundel, four stones, roundel, six stones, roundel, six stones, roundel, seven stones, roundel, six stones and the final roundel.
Step four: Finish the necklace by crimping the tail of the wire to the other part of the Hill Tribe toggle clasp with a 2x2mm sterling silver crimp tube. Cover the crimp with a sterling silver crimp cover. Trim the excess wire.
Congratulations! You have completed an Everyday Elegance Necklace!
