These delicate dangles are fun and flirty! Add brighter colors for more impact, or keep them soft for those warm spring looks.
Step one: Cut two lengths of three links each of the sterling silver heart chain. Attach one set of links to a French hook earwire by opening the loop on the earwire and sliding an end link in then closing the loop.
Step two: Cut a length of sterling silver half-hard 24 gauge wire to approximately 4 inches. Using the wrapped loop technique, attach one end of the wire to the heart dangle. For detailed instructions on how to make a wrapped loop, please visit the Handy Tips section of the Learning Center. On the wire string a 3.5mm daisy spacer, a 5-6mm white freshwater button pearl, daisy spacer, 5mm peach Swarovski pearl, daisy spacer and another white pearl. Finish with a daisy spacer, and attach it to the other segment of chain using another wrapped loop.
Step three: On a 1 ½ inch head pin, string a daisy spacer, a 5mm Swarovski peach pearl, and another daisy spacer. Attach it to the bottom of the dangle with a wrapped loop.
Step four: Repeat steps one through three for the second earring. When you are done, slide a clear rubber earwire clutch onto the back of both earrings to ensure that the earrings don’t slide out.
To save money, use leftover bits of chain and pearls, or substitute individual Swarovski pearls for the freshwater, which are sold by the strand.
