Grape Trellis Bracelet Instructions Designed by Cynthia Kimura
Clusters of spiraling beads in purple and green tones create a look of grape vines weaving through a trellis. This look is achieved with the spiral stitch, a simple technique that creates a striking display. Cynthia used beads from the Artbeads Designer Series to create this bracelet. Switch up the bead colors and sizes for your own unique take on this design!
Step two: Start the stitch with four seed beads from the Punchy Purples 8/0 Designer Seed Bead Blend as the core beads. Add two seed beads, a bicone from the Swarovski 4mm Bicone Monet's Garden Designer Blend and two more seed beads to the thread. Go back through the four core beads.
Step three: Add one seed bead to thread as part of the core. Repeat the pattern of two seed beads, a bicone and two seed beads. Then, counting down from the single bead added to the core, bring your needle up through four core seed beads. Repeat this step until the bracelet is the desired length.
Step four: Weave your needle into the last spirals and the core of the bracelet several times, then bring it out through the top of the bracelet. Add two seed beads, followed by half of the 14x10mm antique copper-plated faceted rhinestone magnetic clasp and two more seed beads. Bring your thread back down through the body of the bracelet, weaving through the bracelet and back through the loop several times to strengthen it. Repeat this step for the other end of the bracelet. Weave your thread through the bracelet to secure the thread in place and trim.
