French wire is a great way to finish bead jewelry projects made with silk or bead cord. Simply snip off a piece of french wire about a 1/4 inch in length. Don't knot between your last few beads. Instead, just string them, and then the small piece of french wire. Go back through the last beads and knot in between them. The french wire not only looks great, it protects the bead cord.
