Step one: Cut two lengths of 4mm black rubber cording to approximately 7 inches each. Add a touch of E-6000 adhesive to each end of the rubber cord and slide it into a bead crimp end. Using nylon jaw pliers, gently squeeze the crimps until they are firm around the rubber. Set aside to let the adhesive cure.
Step two: Cut three lengths of Swarovski crystal cuplink chain. The first length will be six links, the second, eight links and the third, ten links. At each end of each length of chain, add an oval jump ring. Attach one end of each chain to the crimp end on the rubber cord so that all three chains are suspended, smallest to largest, between the two pieces of cord.
Step three: On the other end of the cords, add another jump ring to attach your toggle clasp.
